KoMiCo’s Institute of Technology is located at the head office as well, and we are trying hard to develop new and innovative technology and improve existing technologies to provide the best solutions for clearing and coating semiconductor parts.

There are a total of 7 production corporations including domestic one. Overseas corporations are located in the U.S., China, Taiwan, and Singapore and we provide services to customers in short-time at the main bases of semiconductor markets.
│KoMiCo in U.S.A
KoMiCo Technology INC established in 2007 is located in Osteen. It receives orders for cleaning and coating for main customers such as Samsung Electronics, Intel, Micron, TI, and NXP.
The plant in Osteen has been operated for more than 10 years and takes up significant parts of the total sales figure of KoMiCo until now. And this plant has received good evaluations due to the customized technology service provision for customer’s needs.
On June, 2022, KoMiCo Hillsboro plant, the second U.S. corporate of ours, was established.
In Hillsboro, many plants of global brands producing high-tech products invest in this region competitively and produce goods.
The plant of Hillsboro is proceeding with the cleaning and coating business for adjacent semiconductor chip makers in Portland and their main customers are Intel, Micron, TI, Onsemi, and WaterTech.
│KoMiCo in China
The Wuxi plant established in 2005 in China was the beginning of the overseas expansion of KoMiCo.
After that, we promoted by establishing and moving to a new factory and our main customers are Samsung Electronics, TSMC, and SMIC.
In 2018, we undertook the Shenzhen Corporation of China.
We are working on fine cleaning and special coating businesses of display parts for customers including CSOT, BOE, and LG Display at the Shenzhen plant.
│KoMiCo in Taiwan
The semiconductor market keeps growing in Taiwan and we are expecting its future steps as well.
TSMC, the global semiconductor company of Taiwan, requested the cleaning and coating of semiconductors to us first for operating the process stably and securing the yield.
The Taiwan Semiconductor Factory is working with UMC, PSMC, and MICRON as well as TSMC and they are recognized for their technology via deals with global semiconductor companies.
│KoMiCo in Singapore
Cleaning and coating should be done near semiconductor production sites.
The semiconductor companies in Singapore also needed prompt cleaning and coating near their places.
The KoMiCo Singapore corporation established in 2013 is working with Micron, GlobalFoundries, UMC, ASM, Soitec, and ST Micron.
KoMiCo is going to strengthen its fine cleaning and special coating technologies with our global customers and diversify our portfolio more!
